Your Support Network
Events to inspire and nourish
In addition to my personalised doula care packages, I also run a variety of different events that support mothers and families.
All of my events are centred around two goals that are very close to my heart:
-
Offering nourishment to mothers in a safe space
This may be through tips and guidance or literal nourishment through delicious Ayurvedic recipes and cooking.
-
Facilitating supportive friendships
Bringing like-minded mothers together so that they can begin to form strong, supportive friendships.
You can read a little about the type of events I host below. Follow me on Facebook or Instagram to stay up to date with all upcoming events.
My Regular Events

The First 42 Days - A Map for Successful Early Motherhood
This is a preparation for postpartum workshop with a difference.
It is bringing together everything I have learned over eight years of working closely with new mothers in their first 42 days postpartum.
There are courses that focus on physical recovery.
There are antenatal classes that focus on birth.
But I have yet to see a workshop solely centred on the needs of the mother in the sacred and vulnerable first six weeks after birth.
This is different because:
-
It is rooted in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum wisdom
-
It is adapted carefully for modern Irish life
-
It includes real recovery recipes designed for sustained healing
-
It considers your nervous system, your relationship and your support structures
-
It is taught live, in community, where learning becomes embodied

Custom Baby Shower Events
These events are all about nurturing and supporting an expectant mama. A refreshing - and practical - alternative to typical baby showers.
My Nourishing Baby Shower offers your friends and family an opportunity to combine the fun of a gathering with preparing a selection of delicious, Ayurvedic-centred meals for your freezer ahead of your little one’s arrival.
So many new parents say that gifts of home-cooked food are the most appreciated in those first few weeks postpartum. With this kind of baby shower, you’ll have a freezer full of hearty, healing meals ready to go.

The Village
A Return to True Support Networks for Parents
My work with newly postpartum families keeps me very busy, so you might wonder why I place so much emphasis on building a community through events.
For me, the answer is very simple: we were never supposed to parent alone.
When our parents and grandparents were raising babies and small children, things were very different. Support for parents was naturally there through close knit communities of families sharing and helping each other out.
I see, and feel, a wish to return to that structure of a village.
Every event I host is centred around building and encouraging those connections so that mamas within my little community never feel alone and find supportive friends who will be there for them as they raise their little ones alongside one another.
