About Me
Did you know that how a woman is supported in the first weeks after giving birth profoundly impacts her recovery, wellbeing, and long-term health?
For over 7 years, I have been a postpartum doula, dedicated to nurturing mamas in those crucial, precious first weeks of motherhood.
I am one of only three Ayurvedic postpartum doulas in Ireland, offering holistic doula support centred on rest and nourishing foods for the mother, along with herbs and massage for both mama and baby.
I also offer craniosacral therapy (CST) for newborns as a standalone service, and as an add-on for all of my postpartum doula care packages.

I take care of mothers so that they can take care of, and enjoy falling in love with their new babies.

My Ethos
Mothering the Mother
As mum to three gorgeous children, I have had my share of first-hand experience in that initial postnatal period.
Everything I have since learned and experienced in my years working as a doula has only reinforced my strong dedication to the importance of good care in those initial weeks.

Everything restructures after birth - your body, your emotions, your relationships. Too often, pregnancy and birth deplete women without replenishment.

I know this from my own experience, having run on empty for years as a mother. But with the right support, this can be different.

I’ve witnessed the transformation that happens when a woman allows herself to slow down and be cared for.
I would love to support you on your journey.
My Story
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve always loved babies and children. When I became pregnant with my first child in 2009, that love deepened into a fascination, and eventually, a passion, for all things birth.

After birthing my own children, I was inspired to support other women on their journey into motherhood.
I began by training as an antenatal educator, which gave me a strong foundation in birth preparation and helping families feel informed and empowered.
I was fortunate to receive beautiful care and support after the birth of each of my children. My mother was there for me every time—my own postnatal doula before I even knew what one was! I realised how rare and precious that kind of support is.
Too many women go through the postpartum period alone, and I felt called to be part of changing that.

When I discovered postpartum doula training, it felt like a natural next step. I trained and began working with families in 2017, offering hands-on support in those early, tender weeks.
Over time, my focus shifted towards helping parents prepare for postpartum before baby arrives, and deeply nourishing mothers through food and care.
This passion led me to complete a postpartum kitchen apprenticeship and eventually to train as an Ayurvedic postpartum care specialist.
