It doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through preparation and knowledge!

I’d love to share this much-needed wisdom with you...

This 8-hour weekend course is designed for pregnant women and their partners who want the early weeks of new parenthood to feel less like overwhelm and more like a supported transition.

Why Join Us?
Most women enter motherhood using the same tools we’ve always used:
pushing through, coping, minimising our needs, hoping we’ll be grand.

But early motherhood is not an extension of ordinary life.
It is a fundamentally different landscape.

Without preparation, many women experience:

-
Deep exhaustion that lingers for years
-
Physical depletion and recurring health issues
-
Quiet resentment building in relationships
-
A sense of losing yourself while holding everyone else together
This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s what happens when women aren’t supported or educated for the transition.
I would like to show you a new way of walking this journey into parenthood.

Whether this is your first baby - or your fourth - it is never too late to experience what motherhood can be when you are supported and cared for in the way your body needs.
A Map to Support You
This weekend offers something simple and radical: a map for early motherhood.

This map will hold you through the transition ahead and give both you and your partner the information you need to feel calm, in control and connected through change.

Motherhood is a rite of passage. We evolve and become a different version of ourselves. Our relationship also changes.

And it can all be change for the better.

This work restores what was once known: that when a woman is deeply nourished and supported, everyone benefits.

And when a partner knows how to support this transition, the parental relationship is begun with strong cooperative foundations that pays dividends for years ahead.

This isn’t about doing everything “right”.
It’s about making things smoother, steadier, and more humane.

How Is This Different From a Book or Online Course?
My focus on Ayurvedic principles
There is no shortage of information about postpartum.
You can read articles. Listen to podcasts. Buy books on recovery.

But information alone does not create transformation.

This workshop is the first of its kind in bringing together everything I have learned over eight years of working closely with new mothers in their first 42 days postpartum.

There are courses that focus on physical recovery.
There are antenatal classes that focus on birth.

But I have yet to see a workshop solely centred on the needs of the mother in the sacred and vulnerable first six weeks after birth.

This is different because:

-
It is rooted in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum wisdom
-
It is adapted carefully for modern Irish life
-
It includes tested recovery recipes designed for sustained healing
-
It considers your nervous system, your relationship and your support structures
-
It is taught live, in community, where learning becomes embodied
When we gather in a room and speak about these things openly, something shifts.

You don’t just “know” what to do. You begin to feel it. To plan for it. To expect support. To value your own recovery.

And that changes everything.

About me
With over eight years of experience supporting mothers in early postpartum, I have witnessed what truly makes a difference — and what leaves women depleted.

I have cared for families in their first 42 days, cooked recovery meals in their kitchens, supported their nervous systems, and walked alongside them as they adjusted to the profound identity shift of becoming a mother.

This course brings together the most powerful elements of that hands-on experience.

It is not theoretical. It is lived, refined and shaped by real women in real homes.

I am deeply committed to restoring the understanding that when a mother is nourished and protected in early postpartum, the entire family thrives.

It would be an honour to guide you through this preparation.

Frequently asked questions
I can’t make this date. Will you be running this event again?

I am planning to run this workshop quarterly. Future dates will be announced once this first gathering has taken place and I can refine the experience further.

If you’re interested in future dates, I recommend joining the mailing list to be the first to hear.

Can I come by myself?

Yes, absolutely! You are very welcome to attend on your own. Many women choose to come independently and use the workshop to begin building their wider support network.

What are the benefits of bringing my partner?

Bringing your partner allows you both to:

-
Develop a shared understanding of postpartum recovery
-
Reduce misunderstandings and unspoken expectations
-
Create a practical support plan together
-
Strengthen your relationship as you enter parenthood
When partners understand the depth of the postpartum transition, they are far more equipped to offer meaningful support.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just yourself, a notebook if you enjoy writing things down, and an openness to learn. All materials and resources will be provided.
